A Good Plate
Thanks to everyone who came and attended last weeks cooking class. We had so much fun sharing recipes, teaching you all how to soak your grains and why, which oils to use when cooking and, not to mention, how to make cooking easy, quick and healthy!
Here’s a plate from the meal we served up in the end - millet cauliflower mash, goat meat loaf, jumped greens and roasted sweet vegetables....
