My Visit to a Norwegian Edible Garden
On my recent trip to Norway (my homeland) the husband and I snuck away from the family gatherings for a few days to visit Bergen and the nearby Rosendal where I discovered this beautiful edible garden! Full of kale, cabbage, all kinds of delicious and medicinal herbs, edible flowers and off course apple trees - the garden was as close to Eden as I’ll get. Nothing beats Norway when it comes to nature.
