GOMBBS: The Veggies that Fight Cancer

As some of my twitter followers might have noticed, I spent the weekend at the worlds largest conference for Health Coaches. Besides being truly inspiring and reassuring to me that I’m doing something positive with my life, I learned so many helpful tips.
And off course I want to share ‘em all with you! I’ll be posting good stuff all week - so stay tuned. I thought I’d start with a a list of proven, cancer-fighting foods we should all eat every day! Dr. Joel Fuhrman shared this information with us, taken from his new book “Super Immunity” (out this week…) Dr. Fuhrman specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutrition and natural methods and you might have seen him in the incredible documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” (and if you haven’t, you totally should!) or read his book “Eat to Live”.

G - Greens. Eat a variety of greens, including cruciferous veggies such as broccoli and brusselss sprout. The ITC in these arms the body, abling it to reduce the free radical damage.O - Onions. Also lowers blood sugar and blood pressure!
