Immune boosters

So, here we are. It’s that time of year again…
I don’t know about you, but I’ve got a case of the sniffles!
As soon as I feel a cold brewing it’s time for some major boosts and busters.
Here are my favorites:
Wellness Formula - a powerful blend of herbs, including zinc, garlic and olive leaf extract, all incredible anti-bacterial flu fighters.
Vitamin C - Citrus is a great source, but at this point, you might just have to go for the supplement!
Grape Fruit Seed Extract - 10 drops diluted in water, 1-3 times per day should help kill those germs.
Colloidal Silver - a natural antibiotic!
Echinacea - this is best taken to prevent a cold, but if the cold has already set in, try gargle with echinacea. Salt water gargling works great too (that’s what my grandmother always did!)
Ginger - anti-inflammatory, fights off nausea and comforting for chest, throat and tummy.
Garlic - add it to anything and everything or even better; eat it raw. Swallow down one to three cloves of freshly minced garlic that has been allowed to sit for 15 minutes
Cayenne Pepper - helps dissolve mucus. This is the king of medicinal herbs…
Lemon - try making a tea with lemon, fresh grated ginger, honey and cayenne pepper.
Honey - organic, raw honey. A natural antibiotic and has also been shown to actively promote healing by directly stimulating human cells that are important in the immune response
Fresh Apple, Ginger, Cayenne Juice - read more about apples in the fall!
Chicken Soup - with a stock/broth made from scratch. So comforting and totally healing.
Netti Pot - this works wonders for congested sinuses and sinus infections
Hot water bottle - because it feels great and it helps you sweat it out!
