I am so thrilled to finally be sharing this workshop with you!
I often get asked by friends and clients what to eat - and what a question! There is no one diet that works for everyone! Instead - we all have to find out what truly works for us. Peel off those layers of guilt, food marketing messages, other peoples diet issues and even government recommendations and you’ll feel so much lighter and clearer.
We get bombarded with messages everyday about how we’re supposed to look, feel, be, act and eat! In this workshop we’ll bring the focus back to your already perfect self.

Monday, November 14th at 7pm for a 90 minute workshop
where we’ll help you navigate both inner and outer choices. Experience and learn a centering meditation as well as some really powerful foods to help you stay grounded, connected, energized and beautiful.
With a few pointers and ideas from Melanie (a trained meditation teacher) you can start cultivating your very own meditation practice at home that works well for you.
