Chocolate Mint Chip Shake

I am so thrilled to have come up with this super energizing and cooling shake!
Seriously, just try this and I swear - you will never again bother to reach for a milk shake or frappuccino.
The raw cacao gives you tons of energy and nutrition. Cacao is in fact the highest antioxidant food on the planet with tons of magnesium, chromium, iron and manganese… and most importantly - it’s totally delicious! Chocolate improves cardiovascular health, builds strong bones, it’s an aphrodisiac and a mood and energy enhancer. Wow! now that’s a super food.

Fresh mint has a real cooling effect on the body, promotes digestion and it soothes the stomach. The strong aroma of mint is very effective in opening up congestion of nose, throat, bronchi and lungs and can give great relief from colds, asthma etc.
Fresh almond milk is way superior to the store bought kind. In fact, almonds contain the most nutrients in comparison to all other nuts with high levels of vitamin E, calcium, phosphorous, iron and magnesium. It also contains zinc, selenium, copper and niacin. Almond milk has even been proven to promote weight loss. The mono-saturated fat contained in almonds satisfies appetite and prevents over-eating.

Cool Chocolate Mint Chip Shake
Serves 1
2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. raw cacao nibs
1 ½ cup almond milk
Leaves of five stems of fresh mint
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
A pinch of sea salt
5 drops of stevia
4 ice cubes
Blend and sip slowly.
